Solar Scout is free for homeowners. You never pay us to request quotes, compare installers, or use our calculators and guides.

When you choose to go ahead with an installer we introduced, that installer may pay us a referral fee. That fee helps us run the site, check installer coverage, and keep improving the service.

What this means for you

• No charge to you for quotes or introductions
• You’re free to say no — no obligation to accept any quote
• We aim to match by location, MCS status and project fit — not only by who pays the highest fee
• Always confirm MCS certification, insurance, guarantees and reviews before you sign
